The Portrait Sitting
The sitting fee covers the service of getting in full costume and posing for between six and nine photos in several poses. It’s based on the size in your group and roughly how long it would take to work with a group of that size. If you would like additional time for smaller sittings with select members of your group, (“now lets do some with just the kids!”) the additional time will be considered another sitting. The current sitting fee is $15 per adult or child, additional sittings are only $10 if you are not changing into a new outfit.
The sitting fee does not include any photos from this session, it is only for the service. Prints/digitals are purchased separately, please see the pricing page for more information on pricing.
Purchasing Prints
You won’t know how many pictures you want to purchase until you see them, so after the sitting we will process and review all the photos taken and narrow them down to the ones that you like. Some people narrow this down to a single photo, some decide to purchase all of the photos! They’re priced individually based on their size, so however many you take home is up to you. We offer a discount if you choose to take home 3 or more photos in the same size.
We reserve the right to utilize any photos taken at the studio for marketing, social media, etc. however if you would prefer that your pictures not be used in this manner, please let us know during your appointment.
Cancellations
Due to the limited availability of time slots for reservations, as well as a recent uptick in last minute cancellations and no shows, there is a $10 per-person fee for no-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment. We will hold your appointment slot for 15 minutes before taking a walk-in so try to be on time or you may have to wait for another group to go before you, and if there is another appointment later in the evening you may find yourself waiting even longer!
